- Media: working closely with agencies to plan design for any support. Creation Visual Brand marketing and communication support: roll up, merchandising , posters
- Social Media: Digital Marketing Intelligence and trends analysis, creation of Facebook & Instagram post, campaign social media , SMS marketing, Google AdWords.
- Responsible for selling off-site events and locations
- Handle all meetings and catering enquiries
- Event planning and work closely with banquet operations, food & beverage, rooms division, finance, kitchen and external suppliers
- Optimizing hotel revenue through strategic yield management and up selling hotel facilities
- Work closely with the Area Sales MICE Team to achieve monthly sales target
- Conduct site inspections, client entertainment and familiarization
- Send all correspondence to clients regarding banquet events, such as proposals, confirmation or agreement letter, amendments
- Technical support for the properties and use of the tools of the extranet program Booking.com
- Assist hoteliers with business matters (offer, seasonal promotions, rates, restrictions, website content, policies)
- Marketing & Sales tool : Prices analysis , seasonal rate , content description , policies management
- Process of creation and validation of account for the new partner, Security checks, manage property control
- Verify that the website has accurate information on properties and pictures of newly registered accommodations
- Delivering training by phone to new and or existing properties on how to use Booking.coms extranet and rates & availability system
- Management complaints and termination
